Bob Gaudreau provides The Regus Group network and its clients with extensive expertise in portfolio management, office design, and flexible workplace models. Gaudreau’s tenure with Regus spans more than 15 years, including leadership of Regus’ U.S. operation from 1998-2001. Prior to joining Regus, Gaudreau served as chief operating officer for James Harvie & Partners, Inc., a U.S. property development and management company specializing in both executive suites and condominium development. |
Group Finance Director, Stephen Gleadle

Stephen Gleadle was appointed CFO of The Regus Group in 2005. Previously served as CFO for LastMinute.com plc, Europe’s leading independent online travel and leisure group. Prior to this, he served as group finance director and company secretary at Synstar plc, a pan-European provider of IT infrastructure availability services. Gleadle's extensive experience includes financial management positions at Tarmac plc, NFC plc and Mars Confectionery. Qualified with Price Waterhouse. |
COO,Rudy Lobo

Joined Regus in 1992 as CFO and re-assumed the role in 2003. In 2005 he relinquished this role to Stephen Gleadle and took up the role of COO. In this role, he is responsible for operations, HR and for directing Regus’ IT and e-business strategy. Lobo is a director and trustee of the charity Great Causes Ltd. Previously, he was head of finance and group company secretary of Medicom International Ltd, a publisher of medical journals. Lobo is a Certified Accountant. |
President Americas, Guillermo Rotman

Oversees all aspects of The Regus Group Network in the United States, Canada and Latin America. He joined Regus in 2001 as vice president, Latin America. Prior to Regus, Rotman held senior management positions with international retail giants such as Blockbuster and PepsiCo/Pizza Hut, where he led the start up and operations of new stores in Latin America and other emerging markets. Rotman also held various positions at Kraft Inc., including vice president of marketing and sales for Latin America. |
CEO, EMEA, Paulo Dias

Prior to joining the Regus Group in 1993, Paulo Dias obtained a Masters in International Economics. He was first appointed Sales Manager for Paris, Brussels, Lisbon, Sao Paulo, before his appointment as Sales Manager for France and Southern Europe. In 1998, he was appointed General Manager for France and in 1999 General Manager for Southern Europe. In 2003, Paulo Dias became CEO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. |
CEO Asia Pacific, Filippo Sarti

Filippo has been with the Regus Group for 8 years guiding developments in Asia Pacific. He is responsible for its operations in 14 countries across 35 cities. Prior to Regus, Filippo worked for Symonds Group Ltd for 10 years in the facilities management industry, establishing its UK business. He worked as Regional and Commercial Director for Symonds Facilities Management PLC in the UK, and as Managing Director of its joint venture Charter Services Ltd. |
Board of Directors
John joined the Regus Board of Directors in 1995 as Non-Executive Director and was appointed Chairman in 2002; he also serves as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. John has announced his retirement from the Board of Directors with effect from 18 May 2010 (following the Company’s 2010 annual general meeting). He is Independent Director of Diploma plc, Minerva plc and SDL plc. A chartered accountant, he was previously Managing Director of County Natwest and Deputy Chairman as well as Deputy Chief Executive of Beazer plc, the international aggregates, construction and housing group.

Martin joined the Regus Board of Directors in 2002, he is Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Martin has announced his retirement from the Board of Directors with effect from 18 May 2010 (following the Company’s 2010 annual general meeting). Martin is currently Chairman of Centre Parcs (U.K.), a partner in Figaro LLP and a director of the Supervisory Board of EuroDisney SCA. He was Chairman of the Board of Management of Centre Parcs Europe until August 2004. Martin previously held senior management positions with Scottish and Newcastle plc and Sara Lee Corporation and worked as a management consultant for four years with McKinsey & Co Inc.
Lance was appointed Non-Executive Director of Regus on 27 August 2008 and will become Senior Independent Director on 18 May 2010 (following the Company’s 2010 annual general meeting). Lance is Vice Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank (China) Limited, Non Executive Vice Chairman of Earthport plc and member of the G3 Advisory Council. He was previously China Senior Advisor to the City of London, Non-Executive Director of IMI plc, Chairman of China Goldmines plc and Director of Business Development at Powergen International (HK).
Ulrich was appointed Non-Executive Director of Regus on 27 August 2008 and will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee on 18 May 2010 (following the Company’s 2010 annual general meeting). Ulrich is President and Chief Executive of Cargolux International Airlines. He is also a member of the Cargo Committee of IATA, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the International Air Cargo Association, and member of the Boards of SITA Inc. and Champ Cargo Systems. Ulrich previously held senior management positions with Lufthansa.
Douglas was appointed Non-Executive Director of Regus on 27 August 2008. Subsequent to the Company's 2010 annual general meeting on 18 May 2010, Douglas will become Non-Executive Chairman as well as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and will stand down from his role as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Douglas was Chief Financial Officer of Skype during its acquisition by eBay in October 2005 and was also Chief Financial Officer at SecureWave during its acquisition by PatchLink in July 2007. Prior to this, Douglas enjoyed a career with Arthur Andersen, serving as a partner with management responsibilities for over a decade. Douglas is currently also a Director of HosCo Kliniken S.àr.l. and HosCo Gruppe S.àr.l..
