Overall, Regus research shows that 93% of workers worldwide would prefer a flexible model – and over 70% of Brazilians and South Africans would actively change jobs for flexible working.
Its popularity is to be expected, as studies reveal that flexible working means 80% of employees find it easier to manage personal and professional demands. Equally, 72% of workers report that it increases their motivation, making them more productive.
