Q.	How do I get my telephone messages?
A.	We will either put the call through to you (e.g., on your mobile), email/SMS messages to you, or divert the call to a voicemail. We agree how calls are handled when we set up your services after you sign up. Includes 24/7 access to your voicemail.

Q.	How does mail forwarding work?
A.	The centre team will hold your mail and you can collect it from reception at your leisure. If you would like your mail forwarded please speak to your centre team to get pricing and options.
